indie animation i like/recommend!

below is a list of independently-made animated projects that i've found online and enjoy! animation is such a cool art form and i want to explore what's being made by individuals and small teams of artists, outside of projects funded (and thus ultimately controlled by) big studios and corporations.

• CAPTAIN YAJIMA by Worthikids
  this is animated entirely in blender and its cool as fuck. all of worthikid's animation rules, but this one was especially impressive to me and also tickles the stop-motion animation lover in me despite being completely digitally rendered. the voice acting is also really good! it's a very silly, weird, campy and unserious project and i love it.
